Webinar Introduction
Standing Committee on Rail Transportation (SCORT) organized a webinar to discuss the development of state rail office workforce and rail workforce development in general in the State DOTs. The webinar included three presentations from the State DOTs as well as speakers on rail workforce development from the Federal Railroad administration, Michigan Technological University, and MTI .tion, Michigan Technological University's Rail Transportation Program, and MTI.
